I was looking for a short handled Sneeboer perennial spade as a specifically requested birthday gift and not having much luck. Came across Creeper and Knotweed, where it was displayed as a product they carried but that was currently out of stock. Contacted the company by email and received superb customer service. Very prompt response indicating they were expecting it back in stock soon. First rate communication thereafter – they even reserved me one when stock came in. Online ordering straightforward. Personal communication indicating order received and then when dispatch had occurred. Received the following day, in good time to fulfil birthday promise, with what is clearly a quality tool. Will use the company again at any sensible opportunity and am recommending to others when ever opportunity arises. Not often you get service of this quality.
