3. How to Report a Non-Functional License
If you have confirmed the above steps and your license key still does not work, you must provide evidence to support your claim.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Reply to Your Order Email: Send your evidence by replying directly to the original order confirmation email you received from us. Do not create a new email or use a different support channel.

4. Our Commitment to You
Upon receiving your valid request with the required evidence, we will promptly investigate the issue. We will:

- Attempt to provide a working replacement license key.
- If we cannot resolve the issue and the key is confirmed to be faulty, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
